This is a new Japanese cuisine course that uses carefully selected top-rank Awaji beef and raw sea urchin, mineral-rich onions from Awaji Island, and Awaji Island tomatoes with high sugar content.Our facility uses only the highest-ranking Awaji beef, of which only about 150 cows are certified each year after passing various standards.
